§ 11.13. Extension of Water and Sanitary Sewer Services.

The City Commission may by a favorable majority vote of the elected members thereof extend and furnish water, sanitary sewage disposal and treatment services to persons, firms or corporations residing or located outside the City limits, upon such terms and conditions as the City Commission shall determine.
